Buddig corned beef
Thousand Island dressing
Swiss cheese slices
Rye bread, toasted
Sauerkraut

Separate package of beef slices into equal amounts, usually 3 slices to each stack (4 stacks). Heat in skillet until barely fried. Turn over to heat other side. After turning, place 1/2 slice Swiss cheese on each stack. Heat until cheese is melting.

Meanwhile, heat sauerkraut. Spread some Thousand Island dressing on the toasted rye bread. Put 2 stacks of meat/cheese on each sandwich. Add a little drained sauerkraut to each sandwich. Top with another slice of toasted rye bread. (Each pack of Buddig beef makes 2 sandwiches.)
