BUSTER BAR DESSERT | |
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 2 c. salted peanuts 2 c. fudge ice cream topping Crush cookies and combine with butter in 9x13 inch pan, pressing firmly. Slice half of ice cream into 1/2 inch pieces and arrange on crust into solid sheet of ice cream. Spread 1 cup fudge on ice cream. Sprinkle 1 cup peanuts. Repeat, adding remaining ice cream, fudge and peanuts. Freeze until solid. Cut and serve. |
