LEE'S PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 lg. can pumpkin 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs 1 3/4 c. milk 1 1/2 shots bourbon Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix eggs, milk and bourbon. Mix two bowls of ingredients together. Pour into pie crust shells. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Then 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Note: Recipe is for two pies. Best tasting pumpkin pie ever! They come out a rich, dark brown color. |
