1 c. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 c. Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together in double boiler; chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir to coat. Put powdered sugar in clean brown paper bag. Pour chocolate covered Crispix in the bag and shake to coat the cereal. Store in air tight container.
