Pipe cleaners

Slip a little gumdrop, small end first, on 12 inch pipe cleaner; let 1/2 inch stick out. Slip cookie on, then add another little gumdrop (big end first) and push it against the first. Four inches down from cookie, fold cleaner upward. Bend; fold up length in half for leaf. Cupcakes make nice "flower pots".
