BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
Graham crackers
3 bananas
1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. Cool Whip

Cover 9"x13" pan with cracker crumbs. Slice bananas, place on top of crumbs. Slice ice cream in 1/2" slices and place over bananas. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze until firm.

In top of double boiler, over medium heat, melt chocolate chips, butter, evaporated milk and powdered sugar together. Cook and keep stirring until mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Cool completely, stirring occasionally. Pour chocolate mixture over frozen ice cream. Spread Cool Whip over the top. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
