CHICKEN AND RICE 
Pinch of basil
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of bay leaf
Pinch pepper
Pinch of salt
Pinch of parsley (dry)
Pinch of rosemary
1 clove garlic (lots)
1 c. onions, chopped
Tomato paste or sauce
Kitchen bouquet (for color)
2 c. rice
Water (to be added with tomato paste and Kitchen Bouquet)
Garbanzo beans (optional)

Bake chicken in roast pan with spices, when done add smashed garlic with dash of salt to saute. Then add diced onions and saute. Add rice and fry (actually stir into pan to coat rice with the natural juices/oil. Add mixture of water and tomato paste and Kitchen Bouquet (enough to add color) covering rice. Add garbanzo beans and cover roast pan with tin foil and bake 45-60 minutes or until rice is done.
