1 head cabbage, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 med. onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, fried and broken up

DRESSING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt

Dressing: Mix and divide into fours.

Put cabbage in big bowl. Add 1/4 of sauce. Add onion, 1/4 sauce. Add bacon, 1/4 sauce. Add cauliflower, 1/4 sauce. Chill overnight. Mix before serving.
