FRESH CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh corn
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour

Melt butter in dish; add corn. Mix salt, sugar and flour; add to beaten eggs, then add milk. Pour mixture over corn. Bake 40 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Stir once after 20 minutes.
