QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust (deep dish)
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef, cooked, crumbled, and drained
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese

Prick the crust with a fork in several places. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned (this prevents the quiche from getting soggy). Beat the eggs for 1 minute; add milk and beat again.

Mix the cheeses and put half of them on the bottom of the pie crust. Pour in the egg mixture; top with meat and sprinkle with the rest of the cheeses. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until set. Virtually any leftovers can be added to this--spinach, broccoli, ham, etc. Serves 2-4.
