PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 pkg. (18 1/2 oz.) Pillsbury Applesauce Cake Mix
1 3/4 c. (1 lb. 2 oz. can) pumpkin pie mix
1/2 c. water
3 eggs

Blend cake mix, pumpkin pie mix, water and eggs until moistened. Beat as directed on package. Divide batter between two greased and floured 9 inch pie pans or pour into one 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes or until done. Cool completely on wire rack.

TIP: If pumpkin pie mix is not available, substitute 1 can (1 pound) solid pack pumpkin, 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar. Prepare as directed above, reducing water to 1/4 cup.
