HOT AND SPICY CRANBERRY DIP
Remember this quick dish for drop-in guests. The flavor is both tangy and sweet.

1 (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
3 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Orange pieces
Pineapple tidbits
Vienna sausages, sliced

In a medium saucepan combine cranberry sauce, horseradish, honey, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with orange pieces, pineapple tidbits and Vienna sausages. Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.

Microwave Directions: In a 1 quart microwave-safe bowl combine cranberry sauce, horseradish, honey, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper. Micro-cook, uncovered, on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring twice. Serve as directed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
