3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously until well blended. Pour into 13"x9"x2" pan. Cut into squares.
