CHEESE BALL 
1/2 lb. Blue cheese
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 small onion, grated
1/4 c. nuts, finely chopped

Blend softened and grated cheeses with mixer. Add grated onion. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
