BACON ROMAINE TOSS 
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. Swiss or cheddar cheese cubed
1 sm. red onion, chopped
2 heads Romaine lettuce

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. bacon drippings
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine bacon, cheese, onion and lettuce in a large bowl. In separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients well; add dressing mixture to lettuce and toss lightly.
