WEIGHT WATCHERS CORN MUFFINS | |
1 c. less 1 tbsp. flour 1 c. less 2 tbsp. cornmeal 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. double-acting baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. skim milk 1/4 c. butter 1 egg, beaten Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and sugar. In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry mixture. Spray muffin pan (12 cups) with Pam and fill 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees. Makes 12. (1 muffin = 1 B 1/2 Fa 25 O.C.) |
