CURRY CHICKEN | |
2 qt. pan 5 potatoes, cut in 4th's 5 carrots, cut in 3rd's 1 chicken, skinned and boned and cut in 2 inch pieces 2 tbsp. curry powder 2 tbsp. sugar Can add onion. Boil chicken until done and remove from water. Boil potatoes and carrots with curry powder and sugar in same water chicken was boiled in. After the potatoes and carrots are about done, put the chicken back in. Cook until chicken is warm again. |
