1 loaf of frozen bread dough, thawed
1 lb. hot ground sausage or hamburger
1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage or hamburger, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink. Roll out dough in rectangle as thick or thin as preferred. Drain sausage mixture and spread over dough. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and cheese. Roll up jelly roll style and pinch ends to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes depending on thickness (until dough is done). Remove from oven and brush with butter. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
