CAROL'S ROAST BEEF | |
Roast beef 1 c. water 3 stalks celery 1 white onion 1 c. beef bouillon 3 tbsp. flour Brown roast in butter for 40 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours, adding water, celery, and onion to roast. Strain liquid. Bring liquid to boil with flour. Boil until thick. Slice roast and put gravy over it. Serve warm. |
