BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. soft butter
1 c. soft butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. oats (not quick)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
24 oz. chocolate chips
3 c. chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream sugar with butter and butter, add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Mix flour, salt, soda, oats and cinnamon together. Add to butter mixture. Blend well, don't over blend. Add chips and nuts and combine. Use ice cream scoop and level, place 6" apart on non stick cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes or less if cookies are smaller. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping and bake a few more minutes. Yield: 40 (5") cookies. Cut recipe in half for less.
