BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
Easy and a great favorite with kids.

4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. canola oil
1 c. milk
5-6 c. quick oats
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter

Heat the first 4 ingredients in a large pan, cooking for 2 full minutes after mixture reaches a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet or waxed paper. Ready to eat when cool. Makes 35-40 cookies.
