MOLLY'S MUSHROOM PORK 
4 lg. pork chops, boneless, cut up
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. scallions, sliced
1/3 c. Dannon vanilla yogurt
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube, melted in water above
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Using non-stick spray, spray pan. Saute mushrooms and scallions and set aside. On medium-high heat cook meat on both sides. In small bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Add to meat, cook and stir until thick and bubbly last few minutes. Add mushrooms and scallions. Delicious!
