BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer (at room temperature)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased loaf pan 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove from oven, put butter on top and bake 5 minutes more.
