BEEF BRISKET 
7 lb. brisket
Salt to taste
Garlic to taste
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. honey

Brush honey over brisket. Slice onion over meat. Pour other ingredients over meat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Tastes even better the second day.
