APPLE CRISP 
5-6 sliced apples
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. oats
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. softened butter

Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix in butter until crumbly.

Grease a 9x13 pan. Put sliced apples in bottom, crumbly mixture on top. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
