ITALIAN-STYLE STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. Italian sausages
2 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 slices bread
1/3 c. minced onion
1/3 c. fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
4 med. size bell peppers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble sausage, add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; set rest aside. Process bread in food processor. Add 1/2 cup bread to sausage; set 2 teaspoons aside. Add onion, parsley, oregano, black pepper to sausage. Prepare peppers. Bake in 9x9 inch dish for 30 minutes. In small bowl, combine remaining Parmesan cheese and 2 teaspoons crumbs. Add to top of peppers and bake 10 minutes more.
