“SHERRY'S GRAPE AND PEAR PIE” IS IN:

SHERRY'S GRAPE AND PEAR PIE 
2 frozen pie crusts, thawed
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. grated orange peel
5 cups seedless red grapes
2 medium red pears, cored, sliced
1 egg white

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, stir in brown sugar, flour, butter, orange peel. Add grapes and pears, tossing gently to coat. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Lay down 1 pie crust in pan. Spoon mix into crust. Top with other pie crust, make holes or slits in top to vent.

In a small bowl combine egg white and 1 tablespoon water. Brush top of pie crust. Cover edges of pie with foil.

Bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil, bake another 35 minutes, cool 6 horrs. Store in refrigerator.
