CRISPY BAKED FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. cornflake crumbs

Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil, and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes without turning or basting. Recipe has approximately 260 calories per serving. Wrap lemon wedge in dressmaker's net and tie with ribbon.
