BAKED FILLETS 
2 lbs. fish fillets
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cut fillets in serving size portions. Place in a single layer, skin side down, in a well greased baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serves 6.
