CRISPY BAKED FILLETS | |
1 lb. fish fillets Freshly ground black pepper 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. corn flake or bran flake crumbs Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving size. Season; dip in milk and coat with cereal crumbs. Arrange in single layer in lightly oiled, shallow baking dish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes without turning or basting. |
