TERIYAKI MARINADE FOR CHICKEN OR
BEEF
 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 sm. piece fresh ginger, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. sugar
Couple drops of oil
Dash of wine; dry white

In a bowl mix together ginger, garlic, sugar, oil, and wine to form a paste. Add soy sauce, stir well.

Marinate meat in sauce 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking. Indoors, broiling is best. Outdoors cook on grill and food is great. Try marinating chicken pieces, especially wings overnight before cooking. This sauce easily doubles or triples.
