1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg

Mix together. Place in bowl or Ziploc bag with chicken for 40 to 45 minutes. Grill or broil.
