GRANDMA'S BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
3 c. flour
2 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine flour, 2 cups sugar, cocoa, 1 teaspoon salt and soda in bowl; mix well. Fill prepared or lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Mix remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips in a bowl. Stir in chips. Drop heaping teaspoonful into each muffin cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
