1/4-1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. salad oil

Combine first 7 ingredients in container of electric blender; blend well. Slowly add salad oil, continuing to blend until thick. Pour into a jar with a tight fitting lid and chill. Shake well before serving.
