3 lbs. lean beef, cut for stew
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. (heaping) dry onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms

Put meat and all ingredients in roaster with tight fitting lid. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Serve with noodles or rice.
