1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild grain rice
4 to 6 skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. white cooking wine or 1 c. water if preferred

Mix soup and cooking wine or water. Stir in rice and seasoning packet. Pour over chicken in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 1 hour until chicken is tender. May add water if rice becomes dry before serving.
