EASY CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
Cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 count muffin pan. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, cut in shortening. Stir in enough milk so dough leaves the sides of the bowl. Take dough from bowl to counter. Roll it out to desired thickness. Spread melted butter over dough. Apply sugar, cinnamon and nuts as desired. Cut into 3 inch wide strips. Roll and place into muffin pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
