3 env. unflavored gelatin
9 oz. gelatin, all one flavor
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. heavy cream

Combine first 3 ingredients until dissolved completely. Add cream. Pour into a 9x9 inch pan and chill until firm (2 hours).
