SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
3/4 lb. spaghetti
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
3 eggs
4 tbsp. heavy cream
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. butter

Heat pasta bowl in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Cook bacon until crisp and drain well.

Cook spaghetti until al dente.

Beat eggs with the cream, cheese, pinch of salt and plenty of pepper. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the egg and cheese mixture and stir until just beginning to thicken.

In the heated pasta bowl, mix the spaghetti, egg and cheese mixture and bacon. Toss well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
