SPAGHETTI ALA CARBONARA 
8 slices bacon
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
5 eggs yolks
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. spaghetti
Pepper to taste

Mix well the egg yolks, cream, pepper and cheese; set aside. Chop bacon into bite size pieces and fry. Don't crisp; set aside, grease too.

Cook spaghetti al dente; drain. Pour spaghetti into pan with bacon and mix well. Add cream sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Serves 4-6.

Great for a quick last minute entre or side dish.
