2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Assorted raw vegetables for salad

Break up lettuce, slice carrots, celery, cucumbers, peppers, etc. Combine all dressing ingredients, mixing well.
