REFRIGERATOR BRAN MUFFINS 
1 box (15 oz.) Wheat Bran Flakes, with raisins
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. shortening, melted

Combine first 5 ingredient in a large bowl, make a well in the center. Add eggs, buttermilk and shortening. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredient. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to bake. Spoon into muffin tins that have been greased, filling 2/3 full. Bake 350 degrees fro 20 minutes. Yield: 5 11/2 dozen, will keep in refrigerator for 5 weeks.
