REFRIED BEANS 
1 bag pinto beans
2 c. cheese or to taste
2 tbsp. oil

Put desired amount of beans into pressure cooker with bottom covered with water. Cook on high heat until pressure builds up, then turn down to medium heat. Cook until beans are tender, approximately 20-30 minutes. Drain and put into deep skillet with oil and mash the beans, frying them over medium heat. Put into oven-safe serving dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese has melted. Serves 4. Easy and very tasty.
