ELLIE'S HOT BUTTERED RUM 
1 c. softened butter
1 1/3 c. light brown sugar
6 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, place 2 heaping tablespoons in each mug of hot apple cider and rum to taste.
