I liked this recipe, I had all the ingredients already in the house so it was easy to prepare. What I did do however was add spices such as garlic, salt, pepper, and topped with bread crumbs when baking. It came out great, very tasty. I might try adding broccoli or mushrooms to it next time as well.

Great recipe - I added some stuff to keep it flavorful. I added diced onions, shredded carrots, mushrooms and a little garlic to the base. And I mixed seasoned bread crumbs and melted butter with the cheese for the topping. My grandson loved it so I'll definitely make this again.

Kinda bland. I even added parsley, onion powder, garlic salt, white rice and smoked paprika. Great idea for a simple dinner, however, keep the cauliflower big so you can taste it. I did the top with a panko cheese mix. Came out crunchy. I liked it, but next time will add more herbs. I was killing off some leftovers. The rotisserie chicken I used made for a quick meal. I'm freezing the leftovers.
