3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. milk 3/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. peaches, cut up & mixed with 1/3 c. sugar & 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 stick butter Put 1 stick butter in 1 1/2 quart Pyrex baking dish and put in 350 degree oven to melt. While this is melting, mix batter. Pour on batter. (DO NOT STIR.) Spoon on peaches. (DO NOT STIR.) Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with cream or ice cream. |
