CHICKEN RICE HOT DISH 
1 whole chicken, cut up
3/4 c. brown rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 env. onion dried soup mix
1/4 c. cooking sherry or substitute liquid

Put rice in bottom of 9"x13" pan, then chicken next and pour over remaining combined ingredients. Bake with cover on first 2 hours and uncovered for 1/2 hour. Add water if dried.
