MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Add water, mayonnaise and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

FROSTING FOR MAYONNAISE CAKE:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sweet milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
