SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) Russian dressing
1 cut up frying chicken (or use legs & thighs)

Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl and dip chicken into it and roll around. Cover chicken with remaining place on a shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Broil a few minutes for a nice brown crispy skin.
