SWEET AND SOUR MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. spiral macaroni, cooked and drained

Coat with 2/3 cup oil and set aside.

MARINADE:

2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion, sliced thin
1 cucumber, sliced thin

Mix marinade. Add oil coated macaroni and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
